Specifically, these are the resorts Magic Natura, Magic Robin Hood and Benidorm Celebrations, the hotels Villa Venecia Hotel Boutique, Villa Luz, Villa del Mar, Magic Rock Gardens, Magic Cristal Park and Magic Villa de Benidorm and the aparthotel Magic Tropical Splash.

The Travellers' Choice awards recognise companies that consistently achieve excellent user reviews. Approximately only 10% of them receive this award, which places ten accommodations of the Magic Costa Blanca group (located on the Costa Blanca and in Gandía) among the best in the world.

 Travellers value services, but also security against COVID-19

For a decade, Tripadvisor has been using a proprietary algorithm to determine the winners based on the quality, quantity and timeliness of reviews and opinions submitted by travellers over a 12-month period, as well as a company's ranking on the location's popularity index.

The hotel group's president, Francisco García, stressed that this type of recognition "motivates us to continue improving and offering magical and safe experiences to visitors". In fact, in a year 2020 marked by the pandemic, safety has been one of the most valued issues by visitors to the chain, which has recently updated its protocol of measures against COVID-19 and has incorporated a free medical insurance for all its guests.

A few days ago, Magic Costa Blanca Experience & Emotional Resorts was awarded by Caixabank with the prize for the 'Best Innovative Initiative', which recognises the effort to maintain hotel activity during the months in which the pandemic forced the closure of most tourist accommodation; an effort that has now also been recognised by the users of its accommodation through their positive comments on the renowned Tripadvisor portal.
