Due to the current situation, caused by COVID-19, in the event of not reaching the desired occupancy, we will be obliged to offer you a transfer to another accommodation, subject to the express consent of the client. If this should be the case, this change will not entail any financial disadvantage for you. Furthermore, we will also offer you a change of dates or a refund in the event that you do not agree with the relocation or change of dates. In any case, depending on the circumstances, we will offer upgrade and other privileges that will grant non-negotiable compensation once we have received the client's consent to re-routing.
