TripAdvisor, the most important tourism portal in the world, has released the list of accommodations that have obtained the best scores in facilities, quality and services, based on millions of comments from tourists and travellers themselves. The renowned portal has more than 900 million reviews and opinions and is a benchmark when it comes to choosing accommodation.

Once again, most of the accommodations of our hotel group based in Benidorm 'Magic Costa Blanca', have been recognised by Tripadvisor as winners of the 'Travellers Choice' award.

On this occasion, seven hotels and resorts have been awarded with this important award based on the real opinions of thousands of visitors: the 'Adventure' family accommodations Magic Robin Hood and Magic Rock Gardens; BC Music Resort (recommended for young adults looking for party and fun), Magic Cristal Park (centrally located hotel belonging to the 'Style' line) and Villa del Mar, Villa Venecia and Villa Luz, the three accommodations of the exclusive 'Villas Gallery' line.

 With this certificate, these seven accommodations in Benidorm and the Costa Blanca and one located in Gandía are positioned among the top 10% of the best rated hotels in the world by customers, something that Francisco García, president of Magic Costa Blanca, wanted to highlight: "These awards are very important to us, because on the one hand they value the quality of our destination and its hotel plant and on the other hand they are a recognition of our customers. Unlike other awards, this certificate is achieved by the comments made by visitors, a stimulus that motivates us to continue innovating and improving to offer new experiences every year."

NEW FEATURES 2023:

Among the improvements that guests at 'Magic' accommodations will find this 2023 season are a new Beach Club, 'Magic Stars Café', located on the seafront of Levante Beach and with free drinks for guests with the Ultra All Inclusive board. Magic Stars Café has a surprising décor, live performances and memorabilia (objects from the world of sport, music or cinema) to highlight inspiring personalities.

In addition, the hotel group has revamped its wellness services (massages, treatments, etc.) with leading brands such as Natura Bissé and Germaine de Capuccini.

 Entertainment and catering will also receive improvements this year with new first class shows with international artists, parties in areas such as swimming pools, new themed restaurants and other new features in different accommodations such as Magic Robin Hood, a resort that has recently been renovated with new gym areas, calisthenics, a children's playground and a synthetic skating rink.

The chain's flagship all-inclusive board, the Ultra All Inclusive board, will also be enhanced in 2023 with VIP benefits for guests who book certain rooms in the 'Premium Exclusive' category, such as access to exclusive areas, capsule coffee machine and discounts in areas such as the SPA.

All these new features are also accompanied by new measures to protect the planet and promote sustainability in all the hotels and resorts, such as new signage with advice on how to make good use of energy, water and food, and different measures to reduce and recycle items such as paper and plastic. All Magic hotels and resorts already have the international Bioscore certificate that certifies their work towards sustainability, but this season they will continue to take measures in this direction.
