The established protocol is very demanding, and affects both the rooms and the common areas of the establishments. Among the main measures, this year the hotel will continue to focus on reduced capacity, continuous disinfection of products and spaces, offering individualised products and maintaining options such as prior reservation in restaurants or the possibility of online check-in and express check-out.

In addition, in order to offer a greater health guarantee and contribute to reaffirming the position of the Costa Blanca and Gandía as safe destinations, Magic Costa Blanca will offer free medical insurance for all its guests. This insurance will offer international coverage and covers medical expenses in cases such as hospitalisation, repatriation of the sick and even for extended stays in the accommodation in situations such as COVID-19.

Along with this firm commitment to reinforcing hygiene and health measures, the hotel group continues to work to complement fun and safety with flexible cancellation policies. In this way, visitors who choose Magic Costa Blanca for their holidays will have options such as booking their stay with a 'Safe Rate' that will allow them to cancel their stay free of charge (only €35 corresponding to the fee) up to 72 hours before their check-in date.
