    On the first page of our web site you will find a section called 'On-line Bookings' in which you can, by selecting the dates you wish, see the availabilities for accommodation, meal plan and prices.

    Select the accommodation you wish: hotel, apartment, camping, etc.

Kind of Room
    Once you have selected an accommodation, you will see which kind of room are available and you will be able to choose the one that corresponds the best to your needs.

Meal plan
    You can choose the meal plan or offer you wish, our personal advice is to book with our famous All Inclusive in which we are specialists and which includes excursions, extra activities and many other advantages.

Arrival Date
    As soon as you have booked you can go to your accommodation, even that very day if the booking and the availability for the dates you have chosen have been confirmed.

Leaving Date
    Select the day you will leave. You will always be able to see the offers available for the period selected.

Number of People
    Say the number of Adults, Children and Babies of the booking. Take into consideration that in the Magic Costa Blanca the children are from 2 to 16 years old and that, in All Inclusive, the first child is Free. The number of babies is only in forestall for cradles you can ask for in you booking by filling in the field 'Observations'.

    If the accommodation selected is not available, we will offer you alternatives of accommodations and dates automatically.

    It is important that you check the information you gave us in case we would have to contact you before you arrive at the hotel.

Observations
    Here you can make any precision on your booking, such as: i would like an off-street parking, i need cradle in the Room, or any preference you wish.

    Once you have filled in all the fields, you can click on 'To Book' and your booking will be made. A window will pop up and tell you that your booking have be made successfully, you will then be able to print your voucher, you can also wait till you receive it in you email and print it at that moment.

    The check-in in the Hotels starts at 4:00 p.m. However, our commitment and our hospitable character, understand that our clients and friends would like to arrive, leave their effects in the room and be able to enjoy their holidays as soon as possible. This is why we try to have the rooms available before that time. If you arrive before 4:00 p.m. and if your room is ready you can go in it right away.

    On your leaving day, you are ask to leave the room empty before 12 Noon, except for owners of the Magic Amigos card who can leave later depending on the availability and the next reservation.

    In the Camping and the Apartments, the check-in starts at 5:00 pm. and the check-out must be done before 10:00 a.m

    Magic Costa Blanca recommends that if you arrive early and that your room is not ready yet you leave your suitcases at the reception and you start to enjoy your holidays. If you give us your cell phone number we will inform you when your room is ready.

    If you present to us your bond, it will be easier and faster to found your reservation and make you entrance in yourallocation. Showing your DNI or passport will be enough to find your reservation. However, as the confirmation bond no implicate a payment of  a amount, no is necesary written proof of the reservation, we recommand you to show it  when you arrive for more security and agility. Also we recommand you to bring a copy of the deposit of 100 € in case of you have a Early Booking Discount.

    Yes, you can book for your allotment calling our Central of reservation at the +34 902 16 54 54 or directly in the establishment where you wuold like to pass your stay. 

    If you have realized correctly your reservation through our website, you will obtain a confirmation bond that you will can print, at the end of the reservation or from your mailbox, where you will receive the same bond.

    This bond significate that your reservaation has been made correctly and is guaranteed until 18:00 pm the day that you have to arrived.

    In the case of Magic Excalibur, camping of 1st category and apartments Magic Tropicana Suites, Magic Atrium Beach and Magic Atrium Plaza, ths schedule of entrance is until 17:00 PM and departure until 10:00 AM. In hostels, until 15:00 PM and departure until 12:00 AM.

    If you have any questions, you can't be present at the establishment in this timetable, you have to put you in contact with this establishment to advise that you are going to arrived after 18:00 PM, or with the Callcenter reservations and comunicate it, so we guarante you your reservation until the hour that you tell us. We recomand you to advise if you think you will arrive later to avoid to lose your reservation.
